I made this rhubarb cake a few months ago. As rhubarb is still for sale at the grocery store, worth to mention here. Again a delicious recipe by Yvette van Boven. And it looks good too, on a plate. Buy the article/recipe here (dutch only).

This one was delicious too. It took like three hours to make, but when you've got the time, it's really delicious. Makes a good desert.
